1. PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We collect two main types of information:
Order & Customization Information: To create your custom products, we collect your name, billing/shipping address, payment info, email, and phone number. Crucially, we also collect the custom text, dates, and images you provide for your products.
Device Information: We automatically collect data about your device (IP address, browser, time zone) and how you interact with our product designs via cookies and pixels.
2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use your information to:
Fulfill orders (process payments, arrange shipping, and send invoices).
Design and print your personalized products.
Screen for potential fraud.
Send you "Order Updates" or marketing emails (if you opted in).
3. SHARING YOUR INFORMATION
We share your data with trusted partners to make our shop work:
Hostinger: Our e-commerce platform.
Google Analytics: To see which of our designs are the most popular.
Printing Partners: We share your customization details (names/dates) with our printing team only to produce your items.
4. US STATE PRIVACY RIGHTS (NEW FOR 2025)
If you are a resident of California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, or Utah, you have specific rights under the CCPA/CPRA and other state laws:
Right to Know/Access: You can ask for a copy of the data we have on you.
Right to Delete: You can ask us to erase your data (excluding records we must keep for tax/legal reasons).
Right to Correct: You can ask us to fix inaccurate info.
Right to Opt-Out of Sharing: You can tell us to stop "sharing" your data for targeted ads via our "Do Not Sell or Share" link in the footer.
5. DATA RETENTION
We keep your Order Information for as long as necessary for tax and accounting purposes (typically 7 years). We keep Customization Files (your designs) for 4 months in case you need a reprint, after which they are deleted.
