Gaile Decor offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services.
Our store is hosted on Hostinger. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service without express written permission by us. The unauthorized use of our product photography, brand assets, or unique designs for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited and protected under International Copyright Laws.
SECTION 3 - ACCURACY OF INFORMATION
We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk.
SECTION 4 - PRICING AND PLATFORM DIFFERENCES
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
Sales Tax and Duties: Prices displayed on our website do not include sales tax. For orders shipped within the United States, Gaile Decor handles the necessary tax obligations with our production partners. For international orders outside the USA, the recipient is responsible for any import duties or local taxes that may apply upon delivery.
Marketplace Pricing: Gaile Decor is the independent online home for our curated collections found on our Etsy shops, Vintage Bells and Co. and Aura Loft. Please note that we run independent promotions, discounts, and pricing structures for each platform. We do not guarantee that the prices on this website will match or be lower than the prices found on our Etsy storefronts. We do not offer price matching between platforms or retroactive refunds for promotions offered on one platform but not the other.
SECTION 5 - PRODUCTS AND CUSTOMIZATION
Cancellations: Accepted within two (2) hours of purchase, provided that the first digital proof has not yet been sent. Once a proof is sent or the window has passed, the order is final.
Production Partners: Our products are produced by professional printing partners. We have made every effort to display colors and images as accurately as possible; however, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be exactly the same as the physical product.
Personalization & Proofing: For products requiring custom text, names, or dates, the customer is solely responsible for the accuracy of the information provided at the time of purchase.
The 2-Day Auto-Approval Rule: For personalize/custom product requiring a digital proof, we will send a preview to your provided email. If we do not receive a response or approval within two (2) business days, your design will be automatically sent to our printer "as-is" to avoid shipping delays. Once sent to production, Gaile Decor is not responsible for any errors in design, color, wording, spelling, or date.
Reprint Policy:
Our Error: If the final product does not match your order or the approved proof, we will issue a replacement at no cost.
Customer Error: We do not offer free reprints for customer errors (e.g., typos, incorrect dates). However, we offer special discounted pricing for customers who need a corrected reprint.
Timelines & Events: Processing time is separate from shipping time. We are not responsible for missed event dates due to late orders or courier delays. We strongly suggest ordering at least 21 days before your event or opt for shipping upgrades for urgent orders.
REVISED SECTION 6 - ACCURACY OF BILLING, SHIPPING, AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.
Shipping Address Accuracy: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, account, and shipping information for all orders.
The "Final Address" Rule: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. Because our orders are sent to our printing partners for immediate processing, we cannot guarantee that address changes can be made after an order is placed.
Non-Delivery & Re-shipping: Gaile Decor is not responsible for orders that are undeliverable or sent to the wrong address due to customer error. If a package is returned to our printer or lost due to an incorrect address provided by you, the customer will be responsible for the full cost of a replacement or any additional shipping fees required to send the item to the correct location.

Certain content, products and services available via our Service may include materials from third-parties. Third-party links on this site may direct you to third-party websites that are not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy of third-party materials.

If you send creative ideas, suggestions, or other materials (collectively, 'comments'), you agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, and distribute them. SECTION 10 - ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS
Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate at any time without prior notice.

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, and digital downloads, is the property of Gaile Decor (including designs originally created for our ETSY shops Vintage Bells and Co. and Aura Loft) and is protected by international copyright laws.
Photography Usage:
Unauthorized Claim of Ownership: No individual or entity is permitted to use our photos publicly and claim them as their own work or product.
Social Media & Sharing: We love when you share our work! However, any public posting of our product images (on social media, blogs, or websites) must include a clear credit and a direct link back to our website (www.gailedecor.com) or tag us on our social media such as Facebook or Instagram.
Prohibited Use: Use of our images to sell competing products or on third-party marketplaces is strictly prohibited and will result in a formal DMCA takedown notice and potential legal action.
SECTION 14 - DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We do not guarantee, represent, or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. You expressly agree that your use of, or inability to use, the service is at your sole risk.
In no case shall Gaile Decor, our directors, officers, employees, or printing partners be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind—including, without limitation, lost profits, lost revenue, or replacement costs—arising from your use of the service or any products procured using the service.
Event Deadlines & Shipping: While we strive to meet your event dates, Gaile Decor is not liable for missed event dates due to shipping carrier delays, weather, or customs clearance. We strongly recommend ordering at least 21 days in advance of your event. Shipping fee refunds for late delivery are only applicable to Express/Priority tiers and are subject to the carrier's specific guarantee policies. Product costs will not be refunded due to transit delays.
SECTION 15 - INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Gaile Decor from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service.
SECTION 16 - SEVERABILITY
In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
